Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following cases:

  • Incorrect size (unused and unworn items only)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • A return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, or worn products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Accessories for hygiene reasons (e.g., socks)

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time:

  • Bank/credit card refunds: 5–15 business days depending on your bank

  • Store credit refunds: issued within 48 hours after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We offer size or item exchanges if the requested product is in stock. If not available, you may choose:

  • Store credit for future purchases

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Tracién covers return shipping.

  • For size exchanges or customer preference: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos or videos as proof.
